Sammy's Pile

Deep in the forest, a tinysquirrel named Sammy lived. It was his first day at his home and he felt very helpless. He looked around and saw lots of trees, flowers and animals all around him. Sammy had an idea - he could use some equipment!

He found a pile of leaves in the corner of the forest and started to gather them up from the ground. After he was done, Sammy looked at each item he found. There were rocks, sticks and leaves that he thought felt something strange on his back. Sammy decided it would be fun to try something new.

He put a rock in one of his pile and placed it next to his foot. Suddenly, the rock started to move! Sammy was scared but then he saw something else - he had become very brave and he even climbed up onto top of a big tree! Sammy looked around until he noticed that everything was quite dull.

The trees were so tall and the flowers were as soft as the ground felt like it might break. Sammy smiled and knew that this wasn’t going to be the perfect thing.
